Meditation is the skill of letting go of distracting thoughts and feelings in our psyche.  This occurs from our compelling need to process social experience.We work on this letting go in our daily life as this internal Space brings more Wisdom into our daily lives.  Secondly, contact with this internal Space brings forth deeper Qualities, such as Freedom, Clarity and Affection towards others.  The ability to bring these into daily life, can be considered a living Art.
