		<description>Bill,I liked your explanation of true meditation being an inner attitude or condition of Space that is our true nature.  However, I am still a bit confused on how science can be related to the ancient art of Self-Observation when it comes to meditation.  Isn't that a contradiction in terms?  Doesn't using methods of inquiry keep our mind active and prevent the stillness needed to meditate?</description>
